A finding that a debt is non-dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) requires a showing that there was a deliberate or intentional injury arising from the acts of a debtor and that the injury caused by the debtor’s acts was both willful, in that there was either an objective substantial certainty of harm or a subjective motive to cause harm, and malicious, in that the act causing injury is done deliberately and intentionally in knowing disregard of the rights of another.
